About Us
Charlie and Diane Mounts live in Ponca City, OK. Charlie grew up in Pawhuska, OK and Diane in Tulsa. They met at Tulsa University, and moved to Ponca City in 1970 when Charlie started Mounts Oil Company.
While enjoying a beautiful evening outdoors, grilling with
friends and family the idea for a wind resistant, spill-proof
patio centerpiece was born.
Throughout the years Charlie and Diane Mounts have made many
friends throughout the community. Many have shared a steak on
the grill, some have even written poems, but most have come to
know the elegance of VinoGlo...Here are what some people had to

The package arrived today - they are
absolutely the best!! I'll be using them with friends on
Friday and in a few weeks plan on using them at Wolf Trap
Park for the Performing Arts. Wolf Trap is a National Park
(the only national park for the performing arts) and will
definitely let everyone know where I purchased them! Thank
you for the extras, too. I've been smiling for the last

Hello,
My name is Wenona Napolitano. I came across your Vinoglo oil
lamp kits while doing research for my book, The Everything
Green Wedding Book which is due out in December 2008.
I think the lamp kit is a great way to repurpose wine
bottles and keep them out of the trash. I also think that
wine bottles with your oil lamp kits would make elegant
centerpieces at weddings which I mentioned in my book.

Geez, we love our "thingamabob" ... we get
asked all the time where we got it. But last year we hooked
up a hot tub in backyard and one of the holders fell into
the snow .... then we think the dog got it and buried it!
I'm sure after summer is over I will get you a few more
referrals. We have a winery in Spokane that does these
Sunday night free concerts on a beautiful hillside chateau
.... bring your own picnic and drink their wine. We are
always one of maybe 5 people (of hundreds) who have a
similar contraption. Wish I had invented it!

They LOVED it (VinoGlo garden stand)! They'd never seen anything like it. Last year when they were building I told them to get an outdoor fireplace, which they did. So now they can sit in their lounge chairs by the fire, sipping a fine wine and not have to worry about where to put the glass...or the bottle!
